Getting creative with Purim baskets
I heard my daughter say, “Good night, Mommy, I love you and I love Purim, too….” She is 4-years-old and she lives for Purim and her birthday, of course. I told the story to my mother who uses an iPad in Israel, as I use one in Providence. We use our iPads to connect us as we converse with and see one another. Any bit of information about her grandchildren makes her happy, so I was pleased to see her reaction when I told her the Purim anecdote. When I saw her smiling, I asked her how she had celebrated Purim when she was a young girl in Jerusalem.
